An ambitious endeavor, a bake shop in Paris solely dedicated to making piping-hot cookies with crispy edges and gooey centers. An entrepreneurial vision, devoid of croissants and baguettes, sprung to life in Canada, and after two years of intense recipe testing—Scoop Me a Cookie—now has two brick and mortar locations in Paris. All cookies are shaped by hand and baked on site.

Scoop Me a Cookie uses only the finest ingredients: AOC butter, organic eggs and flour, raw sugar, and only French Valrhona Grand Cru chocolate.

Edward's Cordial makes a delicious range of cordial flavors.
